Wheelchair users, or those caring for them are now entitled to tax relief to assist them in acquiring certain categories of motor vehicles, fitted with specific individual adaptations. This extended relief has been available since 2001 and yet the vast majority of Motor Dealers have not passed on these savings, being either unable or unwilling to cater for. . . . or to advise on the specialist requirements of such transactions.
